Throwback to the Good Ole’ Days

Who doesn’t love a good throwback photo? Well, we sure do have some throwbacks for you! Check out these photos Bruce Fleisher ’72 recently sent in of Zeta Beta Tau from back in the day. Here is what Bruce had to say about the photo.

“That’s me with my back to the picture on the right. Henry Rothberg leaning against the phone booth. Richard Reisman holding the plate. Stuart Hettleman in front of Henry. Must be 1969-we were sophomores.”

“Me with the stunned look on my face.”

“This is 1968.  That is me getting ready to destroy…Larry Henschel.  Pledges playing the brothers.”

“Some kind of talent show.  Had to be late 1968 or early 1969.  Probably a pledge class thing.  Alan Dechovitz holding the curtain on the right”

“Probably 1969.  Obviously our football team. Rose Bowl field Me all the way on the right. Larry “Zippy” Ziren behind me. Hettleman all the way on the right leaning over fence. Doug Mallen about five to the left (looking down). Bob Fishman about 8th from left. Sheba all the way to the left. Looks like Steve Borocoff fifth from the left looking at two guys bending over. Steve Susnick I think was double zero.  That might be Sam Schwartz to the left of 00.”

“Must be 1969.  Me on the floor.  Sammy Lutz above.  I don’t remember what the maneuver was.”
